This isn’t your average salon manager job. As a Relief Manager, you’ll bring your leadership and expertise to various salons across Glasgow — stepping in to support teams, energize staff, and keep our high standards flowing seamlessly wherever you’re needed. No two days are the same!
Whether you’re covering a manager on holiday, helping launch a new salon, or giving extra support to a growing team, your role will be varied, fast-paced, and full of opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead from the front — energize and motivate diverse salon teams
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and hit key performance targets
- Be flexible and adaptable — ready to jump into different salons when needed
- Ensure smooth operations, consistent service quality, and team unity across locations
Note: You must have your own transport to travel between salons.

Hi there i seen your advert when I was in the partick salon and I thought I might try that actually. I’m currently a bank nurse on the NHS where I work in the hospital as well as immunisation training with covid flu and kids jags. I’m currently looking for either full time or part time hours something that is a bit more secure for myself as the bank can be a hit and a miss and I’m needing a change if I’m honest I love my job but was interested in the job itself as I have manager experience within retail and hotels and hospitality. But I dnt have salon experience I did work in the sunbed shop for a few weeks when I was young and I did enjoy it. So was just wondering if did fill out the form and add my CV but when I went back to the link it was totally clear so not sure if it has went through or not
